What can I upload?

PDF, PPTX, DOCX, XLSX, CSV and TXT. Add up to 15 files in a batch, 20 MB per file and 60 MB total. Spreadsheet cells and reporting periods stay attached to their sources. Scanned PDFs and image-only slides currently need text-readable versions.

What happens when information is missing?

Pitchvia keeps it unknown. Stage and business-model rules identify what matters, then a guided question flow asks one question at a time. Required fields determine readiness; Important fields are recommended and Optional fields can wait. Conflicting values on the same reporting basis need your confirmation.

Will the deck rewrite invent numbers?

Rewrites use accepted company facts and cite their sources. Missing evidence remains visible. The three agent roles review and improve the content against the deck standard. Current exports are editable deck content in Markdown, not a designed PowerPoint or PDF.

Is the investor database included?

Yes. Pitchvia’s investor and accelerator database is ready to use. Your company profile guides matching by fundraising stage, geography, sector and check size. Public web research adds current context and source references to help you understand each match.

Does Pitchvia send messages automatically?

Each email requires a connected SMTP mailbox, a saved recipient and a reviewed draft. You choose the attachments and explicitly approve sending. You can import replies or connect IMAP. Connecting a mailbox does not start an outreach campaign.

What does Pitchvia cost?

Basic is USD 39 per month for one project and 2,000 credits. Pro is USD 99 per month for unlimited projects and 6,000 credits. Credits track actual model token usage and reset each paid monthly billing period. Your saved results remain available after cancellation. Manage your subscription and invoices through Stripe.

Where do my materials go?

Before entering the workspace, selected files are staged temporarily in this browser. They move to your workspace when you continue, and those browser copies are removed after upload. Processing uses the configured model provider. Your originals, source references and saved corrections stay with the project.
